Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally. Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within the thirty-day period, either party may propose mediation through a mutually agreed upon mediator. Court Proceedings: If mediation is unsuccessful or if both parties agree to bypass mediation, either party may initiate court proceedings in the courts of England and Wales as described in the Governing Law section above. For Canadian clients who are individual consumers, mandatory provincial consumer protection statutes regarding dispute resolution venue shall apply where they cannot be contractually overridden.

Time Limitation: Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises. Failure to file within this period constitutes a permanent waiver of such claim.

Termination
